Karl & Crystal's Honeymoon

Karl and Crystal will spend their honeymoon traveling "the land of the midnight sun", Alaska. They will depart from Dallas to Anchorage, travel to Seward to view whales and other wildlife while touring Resurrection Bay, drive back to Anchorage to experience this great city. Take the train to Denali National Park where they will spend two days. Then finish their traveling by taking the train up to Fairbanks, where they will spend 5 days, enjoying the many attractions in the area, including those that Crystal experienced as a child.

Karl and Crystal met while attending Howard Payne through attending a Fifth Quarter in Mullin, TX, where Crystal beat Karl in a game of PIG. They then played basketball until 2 in the morning with a group of friends. They hung out some and eventually started dating, many months after meeting each other. They had been dating for almost 11 months when Karl popped the question, quite unexpectedly.

The Proposal: Karl had it all planned out. Crystal was told that Karl would be in Dallas on Labor Day weekend with a friend from school. Crystal was going to be spending the weekend with her parents in Buffalo Gap for a family weekend. Before heading to dinner Saturday night, Crystal's sister, Amanda, received a call from her youth minister to come up to the youth hut real quick. Once there, Crystal was asked to come in and then Karl sat her down in front of a bouquet of roses, candles, and played a slideshow of pictures of them together, while their song was playing. Once the slideshow was over, Karl signaled and Crystal's parents, sister, roommate, youth minister, and youth minister's dad came in and he popped the question.
